José Ibarra's professional experience has focused on tax consulting for medium and large companies, both public and private, that conduct business in Mexico with local and/or foreign investment.
He has advised companies engaged in manufacturing, trade, services, power generation, and other investment projects on issues related to investment structuring or restructuring, as well as on the analysis and identification of tax effects that may arise from the regular operations of these companies.
