We structure, implement and close company mergers, stock acquisitions, and the purchase and sale of ongoing business. Our services include the drafting and negotiation of contracts, the issuance of corporate authorizations, compliance with regulatory requirements, tax analysis and permits from the relevant government authorities. We have been actively involved in the privatization processes of some of Mexico’s leading industrial and financial companies. As part of our mergers and acquisitions services, we prepare anti-trust filings before the Federal Competition Commission and obtain other regulatory approvals.
