Guillermo Garay has participated in numerous financing and financial restructuring of various industrial and commercial groups providing advice to Mexican and foreign clients. His experience includes financing of aircrafts, vessels, heavy equipment and trucks, as well as purchasing credit portfolio from credit institutions as well as from public and private companies.

He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience in the implementation of real estate developments and industrial parks.

He also participates in the issuance of stock certificates as well as in private issuances of securities.

He is a board member in a financial group and in other companies.
